Commissioning

  • Remove the Top Cover

    Unscrew the four screws and remove the top cover of the enclosure.

  • Insert the SIM Card

    Place the SIM card into the SIM holder. Ensure that the PIN code request is disabled on the SIM card. The unit must be powered off during installation.

  • Connect the Unit to the Corrector

    Wire the telemetry unit to the corrector according to the wiring diagram provided in the product manual.

  • Connect the Power Cable

    Attach the power cable to connector J7.

  • Reinstall the Top Cover

    Place the top cover back onto the enclosure and secure it with the four screws.

  • Install GSM Antenna

    The antenna connects to the connector located on the top of the device. Tighten the connector nut firmly, but do not apply excessive force to avoid damaging the threads. Installation recommendations.

  • Check Indicator After Power-Up

    Approximately 3 minutes after power is applied, a red LED on the unit housing should start blinking with an interval of 0.8 seconds.

  • Wait for GPRS Activation

    Once GPRS connectivity is established, the red LED will switch to blinking every 3 seconds, and the unit will automatically transmit data to the server.

  • End of Communication Session

    After successful data transmission to the server, the LED will turn off and remain off until the next communication session.
