Customers

Managing consumers in the IIoT Platform — the customers directory, searching, and adding a new customer.

Customers is the directory of the consumers served through the platform. Open it from the left menu to view and manage consumer records.

Each row holds a consumer’s key details:

ID and Name — the consumer’s identifier and label.
TIN — the taxpayer identification number.
Phone and Email — contact details.
Actions — view or edit the record.

Type in Search table to find a consumer, and select + New Customer to add one. The view and edit actions in the Actions column open the full record.
